What is crosley building?

The Crosley Building is a historic structure located in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. It was built in 1929 and was originally the headquarters of the Crosley Corporation, a major manufacturer of radios, appliances, and automobiles.

The building was designed by architect John Walter and features Art Deco and Art Moderne architectural styles. It has a distinctive terracotta facade with intricate detailing and a large clock tower on top.

In addition to housing the Crosley Corporation offices, the building also housed a radio station and a recording studio where many famous musicians, including Rosemary Clooney and Perry Como, recorded music.

Today, the Crosley Building has been renovated and converted into residential apartments, preserving its historic character while providing modern amenities for residents. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a landmark in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood.
